What is a senior care manager?

A senior, or geriatric, care manager is an individual whose background is in social work, nursing, or another area of gerontology. They plan, coordinate, and are involved in the care that an older person receives. Their knowledge and expertise can save individuals and their family  time, frustration, and uncertainty when planning for the future and certainty when planning for the future and making decisions.
